As a leader in the luxury real estate and transportation industries, Engel & Völkers needed an updated website design that reflected their value proposition, connected with their exclusive clientele, and allowed visitors to easily complete basic functions through an optimized user experience.
With a non-existent content management system, a challenging navigation, and an OLR program that was not properly integrated into their existing site, Engel & Völkers needed to improve their real estate website in order to showcase their high-end services, control their content, and cater to their high-end market.
After collaborating with the Engel & Völkers team, Blue Fountain Media created a new navigation and UX design for visitors to easily find the information that they are looking for. In addition, the new user interface projected a look and feel that properly aligned with the brand’s positioning as professional and knowledgeable experts who not only sell listings, they sell a lifestyle.
We set up a custom content management system that fit the specific needs of this project. Our team mapped out each field of the Engel & Völkers OLR system, creating three different user permission levels that allowed team members to overwrite certain fields, update specific properties, and edit onsite content depending on their individual level of access.
